Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the global accounts payable process for all organizational entities.
- Ensure precise and timely processing of vendor invoices, adhering to accounts payable policies and accurate general ledger classifications.
- Communicate with vendors, update tax forms, and oversee invoice management.
- Collaborate with management to expedite invoice approvals and resolve related issues promptly.
- Manage the annual tax reporting process for the organization.
- Partner with senior accountants to advance accounting practices and reporting.
- Develop and maintain weekly cash reconciliations for designated entities.
- Monitor cash flows and provide funding recommendations as needed.
- Maintain intercompany reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly intercompany invoices.
- Review and approve Travel and Entertainment expenses monthly, contributing to periodic reporting to management.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and suggest enhancements to policies.
- Assist in conducting annual entity audits and participate in budgeting activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's in Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical accounting skills, especially in accounts payable and taxes.
